K.S.Rangasamy College of Nursing was established in the year 2021 under KSR Educational and Charitable Trust with an aim to provide quality education with a great vision of serving the public by providing academic excellence and trendsetting in nursing education. The core values of the college are student focus, strong work ethics, striving for excellence, respect for all, and social development.

The college is affiliated with the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai, and is recognized by the Tamil Nadu Nursing and Midwives Council, Chennai. The college of Nursing is located in KSR Kalvinager, Tiruchengode, an area of  7.25 acres.
